Digadop Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: This Policy (Version 1.0) takes effect on the date it is first published at whoseeswhat.com/legal/acceptable-use-policy.

This Acceptable Use Policy (this “Policy”) is published by Stony Point, Inc., a Florida corporation, doing business as (“d/b/a”) Digadop (“Digadop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), 8742 Peachtree Park Ct, Windermere, FL 34786. Section 6.1 of the Digadop Terms of Service incorporates this Policy by reference, and this Policy applies to the Customer and its Authorized Users for every Digadop product, including Who Sees What. Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

1. Purpose and scope

1.1 This Policy sets the rules for acceptable use of the Service. In this Policy, “Service” has the meaning given in the Terms of Service and covers every Digadop product the Customer uses under them, including Who Sees What. This Policy applies in addition to, and does not replace, any restrictions in the Terms of Service, the applicable Product Schedule, or any Order.

1.2 This Policy applies to the Customer, its Authorized Users, and anyone else who accesses or uses the Service through the Customer’s account, whether or not that use was authorized by the Customer.

2. Prohibited uses

The Customer and its Authorized Users must not, and must not permit or assist any third party to:

2.1 Unlawful, infringing, or harmful use. Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes, misappropriates, or violates any third party’s intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights, or that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful or abusive.

2.2 Interference with the Service. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service or its underlying infrastructure, including by introducing malware, overloading or flooding the Service (such as a denial-of-service attack), or attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related system without Digadop’s prior written authorization.

2.3 Circumventing access controls or limits. Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any access-control, authentication, rate-limiting, or other security-related feature of the Service, including any technical measure that limits or meters use.

2.4 Unauthorized access or scraping. Access or attempt to access the Service using any means other than the interfaces and APIs Digadop provides, or scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service by automated means not authorized by Digadop. Digadop authorizes automated access to its public websites and public documentation (for example by search engines, AI tools, and other crawlers) where that access complies with the robots.txt file published on the site being accessed and does not interfere with the operation of the site, and such access is not a violation of this Section 2.4. That authorization does not extend to a Customer’s account, a Connected Org, Customer Data, or any non-public part of the Service.

2.5 Resale or unauthorized provision to third parties. Resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise make the Service available to any third party not authorized under the Terms of Service, except where an Order expressly permits it.

2.6 Unauthorized Connected Orgs. Connect, or attempt to connect, a Connected Org (such as a Salesforce production org or sandbox) to the Service that the Customer or Authorized User is not authorized to connect, or access any data through the Service that the Customer or Authorized User is not authorized to access.

2.7 Building a competing product. Copy, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service, or use non-public aspects of the Service, to build or assist a third party in building a product or service that competes substantially with the Service, consistent with Section 7.3(e) of the Terms of Service.

2.8 Misrepresentation and impersonation. Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent an affiliation with any person or entity, in connection with use of the Service.

2.9 Reverse engineering. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.

3. Security research

Digadop welcomes good-faith security research. Before testing for vulnerabilities, contact legal@digadop.com to request authorization and scope. Testing that is authorized in writing under this Section is not a violation of Section 2.2, provided it stays within the scope Digadop authorizes, avoids degrading the Service for other customers, and is limited to the researcher’s own account, Connected Org, and data, never extending to any other customer’s account, Connected Org, or data.

4. Enforcement

4.1 A violation of this Policy is a violation of the Terms of Service. Digadop may investigate suspected violations of this Policy and may suspend or terminate access to the Service for a violation, in accordance with Sections 6.2 and 11.6 of the Terms of Service.

4.2 Digadop may remove or disable access to any content or activity that violates this Policy, and may take any other action reasonably necessary to protect the Service, Digadop, or any third party, including immediate suspension under Section 11.6 of the Terms of Service where the violation poses a security risk or may cause harm.

4.3 Digadop’s decision not to act on a particular instance does not waive its right to act on that instance or any other instance.

5. Reporting a violation

To report a suspected violation of this Policy, including a suspected intellectual-property infringement or a security concern, contact legal@digadop.com. Include enough detail (the account or Connected Org involved, the conduct observed, and when it occurred) for Digadop to investigate.

6. Changes to this Policy

Digadop may update this Policy from time to time. If a change is material, Digadop will provide reasonable notice, for example by posting the updated Policy with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
